Returns & Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to try and love your Frio product, so items may be returned for a credit note, exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com to arrange returns. Frio is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. Please note that the return shipping cost is not covered by Frio, and is the responsibility of the customer. Items without original tags will not be accepted for a refund or return. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, these purchases are final. Please note that Frio cannot accept the product for a refund after the 10-day period, if the product has been worn or if the original tags have been removed.
The item must be unworn and in its original condition to be eligible for a credit note, exchange or refund.
